Well. I’m finally getting around to talking about the Korean horror film ‘Office,’ perhaps because it’s that time of year. New year, new me, everyone keeps saying, but the world is stressful. I’ve been dealing with this stress the same way I deal with most things: by watching movies until I fall asleep. ‘Office’ was released in 2015, so it’s definitely not new. But its depiction of unsteady, underpaid work as a subliminal form of terror is a great analogy to draw.
I have to admit, I’m pretty pleased that I got this list together before 2018 goes out with a bang. Consider this my go-to for shows that I’ve watched this year, and what you should watch, too.
